Ok for a night, room clean, shower SMALL, single rooms in lowerfloors ie basment/lower ground floor but not bad.

This was a two night stay over the Notting Hill carnival weekend, and so the location was ideal.

Location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic and is close to both Bayswater and Queensway Underground station.

The bed seemed a little on the small size and the rooms didnt have air con, as i would expect from a room with a fair price tag per night.
