Waited 4 hours before ringing them back to find no-one knew anything about it, finally spoke to the manager on duty and had to explain all over again what the problem was.

We were checked in quickly although we had booked 2 rooms one superior and one executive we were given by mistake a superior but the receptionist was very quick to move us and instantly housekeeping came to the new room to set up for a family.

over priced the hotel was clean the staff friendly but i thought it was well over priced ive stayed at lots of hotels and this was nothing special for the costwe could not get the tv to work properly it needed a code put in it i rung reception twice but no one came to fix it we had been to a concert came back around 11pm hungry only to find that the 24 hour menu consisted of 3 choices a green curry or a pannini again over priced and we really wanted a sandwich for a so called 4 star hotel no choice at all

Hotel lovely staff need more training particularly when taking your credit card details at reception which enables you to charge things to your room and then you go into the Restaurant and to be asked to pay instead of charging to your room as the Restaurant Manager was rather curt and said that we could not do it!
