There were a few issues with our apartment room including a big crack in the bathroom, a toilet not working properly and the aforementioned lack of adaptors for the provided appliances.

Good internet connection, nice location (free parking, 5min walking the Burjuman centre) They upgraded my studio room to a full apartmant for free.
