Couldn't fault the rooms, cleaned exceptionally everyday, lovely swimming pool area, spacious rooms for price paid, well greeted at hotel everyday, had a problem with the TV and had an engineer sent up straight away and it was fixed.

I like to sunbath but it was actually unbearable and you just wanted to go back into the air conditioned buildings.

You get a free bottle of iced water, a face spray and fresh fruit when you go to sunbath each day.

You've got to get your timings right if you want to sunbathe all day, but it's pretty easy to hop onto the shuttle bus to the Royal Meridien in the afternoon when the sun leaves the GH pool.

But if you like the beach then it's well worth the visit although the gardens are not as good as may be expected because a new swimming pool is being built in the grounds, I doubt this would affect your stay though.

Shuttle bus running all the time over to Meridian Hotel, beautiful pool and private beach, swim up bar in pool.

It also has a good swimming pool, a good pub for the beer and a couple of night clubs if you wish, there is also the cinema and half a dozen resteraunts including a Thai Italian.
