In fact, the bar featured a sumptuous buffet at all time of the day, often replenished with luxurious offerings to enjoy with a chilled glass of delicious champagne.

I admit that that the bar areas at the rear are a little bit scruffy but the new lounge bar off reception is elegant and stylish, we went there each night and it has a great atmosphere with friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is luxurious, modern, warm and bedrooms although smaller than some of the other popular 5 star hotels I have stayed in Dubai, are excellently furnished and beds so comfortable and linen so fresh that you almost sink into it.
