My bathroom, with small shower was more like a 2-3 star.

had to ask for bathrobes on arrival, and had to call everyday for towels the day before our departure our room was not cleaned

But I must say, mold in the bathroom, a leaking air conditioning pipe has flooded the bathroom and little reliable receptionists are working there.

The receptionist promised in 15 minutes a new room on the third floor would be (needs to be cleaned) ready for me, but only at 3 pm I could go sleeping in the ""new room"".

In my opinion, this happens almost every day there, as the moldy plates in the bathroom look.
