I prefer to stay at Grand Hyatt or Park Hyatt which is double the price but at least the staff and the hotel it self from the reception to the manager is very polite, honest and friendly.

i loved this hotel the staff were excellent the only moan i had was the pool area the way its situated it was very busy and if you dont get a bed at the front you miss the sun plus it moves around 1.30
