    This hotel is ideally located for the business traveler in downtown Dubai - directly across the street from the Convention Center - whereas it takes an hour to travel from the beach hotels to downtown.

    Dubai offers lots of choice for business travelers, the Fairmont has a couple of great restaurants and a good spa - the rooms are spacious and it's proximity to the exhibition centres is a real plus.

    The hotel is well placed for all the city has to offer with the malls, beach and downtown souqs all within 10-15 mins taxi ride (traffic permitting!

    Major con is a location on the main street, Nobody respects speed limits in Emirates and street noise at night is high unless you put the aircon on.
