Also had dinner one night at Spectrum on One as we wanted a quick meal, close to the hotel, the food was great and service standard.

This hotel is famous among Dubai residents for its famous Champagne Brunch in the Spectrum Restaurant (book weeks in advance if you want to try it) but its also a great place to stay with a caring efficient staff that really try to please.

The Gold package is excellent value for money, good breakfast, afternoon tea and canapes and inclusive alcohol from 6pm possibly until the bar closes at mid night, but we left at about 9.30
