The people who work at the front desk are professional, yet not stuffy, and are constantly trying to do things to make your stay more pleasant,and they would say hello each time we walked by..

The front desk was extremely helpful and kind under all circumstances including booking us at their sister hotel, Hotel Niles, for a fifth night (we tried to extend again but they were full) and transporting us there for free.
