The breakfasts were excellent, but we ate in the restaurant where we had breakfast one evening, and it was very disappointing.

The buffet has a good variety of foods but they tend to simpler Turkish fare, with slices of different sorts of local cold cut meats, odd garnishes like crushed black olive paste, Turkish breads and bagels, sliced cucumbers and olives, local cheeses and some hot choices of the runny scrambled eggs sort.

I do recommend the rooms over looking the Hagia Sofia, breakfast was nice, we did have dinner at the hotel restaurant 2 nights, excellent international menue.

It has a very beautiful view of the city of Istanbul… the buffet breakfast was very good, it had almost everything you can imagine and it was tasty, very good… but what we enjoyed the most was the dinners at night with the view… it must be the most romantic thing if you are in honeymoon… the food was extraordinary, they probably have the best chef of Istanbul, because the food was so good every night… we had lamb, salmon, pasta, Turkish pizza, salads, and all of the plates we ate we really tasty and delicious!!
