    Buffet breakfast is a great deal and it's close enough to walk to shopping, meals, banks and all.

    It is about 5-10 minutes walk from some good restaurants (Old Siam is a great restaurant about 5 minutes away if you turn left out of the hotel and the Movenpick restaurants are great above 5 minutes away if you turn right out of the hotel).
