We had requested a hotel transfer from the airport and a staff person greeted us with a smile, umbrellas and a cool van filled with cold water and moist wash cloths.

Over at the Infinity pool, the hotel staffs will periodically serve ice water, cool towels and grapes or pineapples in a mini handmade leaf basket.
