Great friendly place

The bad is as follows, surly impolite staff (rude, tired, untidy), the resort is built over a swamp with uneven board walks (everyone trips on them) for access, breakfast tastes like it came from the swamp, if you forget to hand back your beach towels you get a rude bang on the door at midnight from security demanding them back for the day, there are misquitos every where and they are hungry and the size of sparrows, there is a loud club next door that plays dance music till dawn, the resort is popular with loud louts and chinese masses who shout everywhere they go, the bungalows are small basic (though I admit clean enough).

hard bed, foul smelling pond outside, and dirty quilt cover when we arrived plus the reception staff aren't the friendliest.

The staff were super nice, and the main reception woman greets you by name after your check-in!
