It's pretty stable and surrounded with vegetation and the breakfast was just fine.

The only thing that was positive about Casita is that it does have a nice pool - except it also has so many people in it you can only really stand around in it and the breakfast buffet is nice.

• Try the Cosmic restaurant for nice cheap lunch and Tonsai Seafood restaurant for a fresh seafood dinner in town • Phi Phi is a tourist magnet and value for money at these hotels is pretty poor compared to Phuket, unless you are staying at the high end hotels in the north of Phi Phi Don.

Breakfast was average, Asian in style and so western foods were not of great quality, BUT it has all you need to get you going for the day.

However - a great buffet breakfast is served, fantastic pool with bar, close to beach without paying an arm and leg, pickup from pier and drop off.

The breakfast was quite large (eggs made to order, toast, fresh fruit, fruit juices, meats and potatoes), although they are very strict about the 10am close of breakfast and start clearing everything away 10 min before.

It also includes breakfast which isn’t anything extraordinary but does save you 60Bhat a day on food.
