The rooms are average but are nice and clean.

The bathroom contained some granite on the walls and sink area but very old dingy green tile on the shower floor (with dirty grout).

We used sandals in the shower to take a shower as it felt dirty when looking at it (sand left over from previous guests and the dirty grout).

There are no lifts to get to the top floors, but there are rooms on the bottom floor if you have problems with multiple steps.

The Cabana is a 2 minute walk from the jetty and is located just far enough from the bars and shops in the small but bust centre of Ton Sai Bay.
