The rooms are average but are nice and clean.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable - we stayed 3 in a room and they provided us with a double bed and a single 'extra' bed.

There are no lifts to get to the top floors, but there are rooms on the bottom floor if you have problems with multiple steps.

The rooms here are traditional Thai and quite dated, but having said that they are clean and the balcony views are amazing.

The room was a touch dated, but still pretty clean; great A/C, decent comfort level of the beds, and absolutely killer view of both the Loh Dalam Bay, and Tonsai Bay.
