The rooms are average but are nice and clean.

We used sandals in the shower to take a shower as it felt dirty when looking at it (sand left over from previous guests and the dirty grout).

The 2 rooms they gave us initially turned out to be unavailable due to refurbishment works, luckily they were able to quickly give us available rooms on the next floor up.

There are no lifts to get to the top floors, but there are rooms on the bottom floor if you have problems with multiple steps.
