    Good value for the money, other hotels on the net were either much more expensive or looked terrible.

    •staff – friendly but not overly attentive •food – breakfast was a bit limited but good value as an inclusion in the room price •overall well located and good value hotel for Phi Phi – just don’t come here for a romantic stay.

    Still, overall I thought the Banyan Villa pretty good value for money, 1700 baht a night during the low season.
