The Banyan Villa should not be open to customers, the hotel is a building site, and the staff are incompetent, rude and and unpleasant.

Good aircon in room (electricity goes off when not in room so you come back to a sauna), tv, hot water, comfy beds, rear balcony with pool view in our Banyan wing room.
