    The staff were terrible - I think they were the most unhelpful, unhappy hotel staff I have dealt with ever!

    But the staff pushed our luggage in carts so wasn't a problem and they took our luggage back to the ferry in a long-tail for us and we walked into town.

    The staff were not the friendliest or most helpful people that we met in Thailand, and little information was given to us about the resort, which meant that we didn't really spend any money there.

    The restaurant was nice and clean, the selection for the buffet breakfast was good and the staff were lovely and very helpful.
