    CONS: Not walking distance to city centre, due to hill and heat, but not a major problem as there are buses and motorbike taxi's!

    overall it is a nice hotel to stay while in Pattaya, there is an extra bed in the room, it is good for the family with children, it only take 5 mins to beach, and the beach is not as crowded as the south Pattaya but have all the water activities, however, i feel like the location of the hotel is a bit far from the downtown, the hotel is not that well-known to the taxt drivers
