    The staff at the Sheraton were so helpful and friendly, they really helped to make our stay so enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble.

    While this hotel has some lovely staff and nice facilities, it is about 15 minutes from Ao Nang beach and all the shops etc.

    We went for a friends wedding and it was done on the grass beside the pool and the beach, it was the best wedding I have been to and the service for the meal on the beach was fantastic, pricey but well worth it.

    The place is really heavenly, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the room is so spacious and beautiful, and the hotel thinks of every single small detail that you will need in a hotel room, you seriously don't need to bring anything but yourself and clothes..

    We were very impressed with the warmth and hospitality that we experienced here: the pickup at the airport, the welcome at the hotel itself, the charming and smiling welcome every morning for breakfast, the polite and friendly service, the room maids, the extremely helpful fitness club personnel, the treatments at the Mandara Spa, the excellent food in the restaurants, the live music in the evenings - everything was just perfect.

    The staff were wonderfully warm and responsive, especially if you tried to speak (badly I may add) a few words of Thai.
