    We were greeted at the Sheraton with cool drinks and refreshing scented towels, which was wonderful after 12 hours of flying from Tasmania.

    We will definitely plan a trip back - my husband also said that the James Bond Martini at the Malati Bar (very cool bar by the way) was the best he ever had!

    We had paid extra for the deluxe room but on arrival, were upgraded for free to the Zen rooms (larger bathrooms / separate bath Shower).

    We were booked into Zen rooms but were upgraded on arrival to rooms that looked over the garden, infinity pool and sea.

    (2) The Zen rooms are comfortable inside but virtually all of them have no sea view through a dense mangrove.

    However we got off to a poor start when checking in to find that although we booked a Zen room it was in one of two blocks which overlooked a mangrove swamp.
