    The staff at the Sheraton were so helpful and friendly, they really helped to make our stay so enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble.

    Lack of fluency in English is a problem faced by the hotel staff that tends to lower service standards.

    While this hotel has some lovely staff and nice facilities, it is about 15 minutes from Ao Nang beach and all the shops etc.

    The resturants were very nice but like so many other hotels they were very expensive, especially compared with the quality and price of the resturants just outside the gates.

    The grounds were beautiful, the staff was super friendly, the buffet breakfast was delicious and the beach was great.
