Pakasai is small hotel about a 4 minute walk from the main beach in Krabi though the beach is nothing special.

Understand that this is probably the act of some unethical guest, but i am totally not happy with the management who not even responded to the complaint that i have written to them.

Very disappointed with this hotel considering the rate we had for it as it wasn't in peak season (we were there late May).

The staff were very poor and we were unsure whether they were either finding it difficult to understand us correctly or they were totally disinterested in making us feel welcome.

I would also not recommend touching the pool walls as they were filthy and left you with a pleasant black mark every time you made contact with it!
