Overall the room has a bit of rustic feel to it and for the price you pay, it definitely is quite worth the money.

were also pleased to hear we had been upgraded to a superior room, and although it was a bit of a trek to the room {our luggage carried by the staff }, we thought it was worth it when we saw the beautiful sea view [an impossibility according to another review].

Stayed at the Pakasai (Ao Nang) for ten days - whilst it is a bit of hike up steps through rainforest style gardens to get to the Villas - its worth it.
