Like some Thai beach resorts , the staff lacks quality customer service training and thus appears either shy or timid.

We found Sawadee website to be quite expensive which is why we did not go through them.

The hotel was attractive and set in gorgeous grounds but our room on the second floor had the noisiest air conditioning I have ever experienced.
