    The whole experience was horrible - I was so appalled that 2 nights thru our 7 night stay, we moved to another hotel, and we had to pay a cancellation fee to do do, but it was worth it.

    We were part of the club lounge which was worth it as we were taken by golf buggy to and from our villa and the free food and drinks were lovely in the lounge.

    The rooms are set into the hillside and yes, its hot humid and you do get a bit puffed walking uphill but its well worth it, the grounds are so lush.

    So we do feel we have a good benchmark on value for money and the service levels you should expect from a 4* or above hotel versus lower priced accommodation options.
