As for complaints about the wildlife in the rooms, well the resort is built into the jungle, unless you want your jungle sterile, fauna is part of the deal.

It may not be as professional but I'm sure the better one might not have as good beach on this small island OR their rooms are just as others and you ended up remember nothing.
