We stayed 4 nights in a Graden Villa - the room was amazing, comfy sofas, possibly the most confortable bed I have ever slept in, huge LCD TV and DVD - the pool is fantastic, private beach was loveley - nice and private.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the outdoor bathrooms are amazing (although if I'm being picky the water pressure isn't great).

We were very satisfied with Zazen - the driver was waiting for us at the airport on time, nice welcome with welcome drink :) at the reception, staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, room was beautiful (Garden DeLuxe bungalow), very comfy beds (but take attention to the pillows - they are filled by goose feathers - I am asthmatic, so it was really not good for me), we liked the open bathroom so much, the room service was perfect (twice a day), fresh bottled water every day, , very good breakfast, beautiful beach with comfy sunbeds (fresh towels and fruit were distributed every day :) and all the hotel property was very clean and nicely maintained.
