    The main reason is the extremely inadequate service, not only relative to the price, but also relative to the fact that this resort is located in Thailand, a country well known for its hospitality and top service in high end resorts.

    And be aware a new bar was just setting up – and testing their sound system - right next to Sri Lantas restaurant which is not going to do much for the ambiance I fear it will be all downhill from here largely due to poor management.
