The service was fine but not overly friendly and the food was acceptable, but there were so many other great restaurants on Ko Lanta that we only ate breakfast at the hotel.

Breakfast was pretty good and we ate in the restaurant a couple of times at night and it was very good.

Royal Lanta exceeded our expectations of what to expect on a relatively inexpensive trip to Thailand (our first time) and we will definitely be returning to Koh Lanta again next year and hope to visit Royal Lanta Resort as well.
