The location is perfect right by the beach and a bonus of probably the best pool on Koh Chang.

The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, the rooms very clean ( the room maid even showed my wife origami with the bath towels ).

Overall a very nice stay and the Beach Villa was very good with space for 5 adults and a baby.

The location of the Beach Villa is also wonderful on the beach.

However, the Beach Villas are run down and due for major renovation and because of this it's difficult for the cleaning staff to really keep the place clean.

The pool and restaurant are in good condition and reception and overall staff is very friendly.
