    The location of Charoen Thani is one of it's main winning features as well as the friendliness of the staff.

    On the negative side, the staff weren't always helpful; the Internet never worked in the lobby (I think because they want you to use and pay for the Internet Cafe located on the property) and they do not offer a free shuttle service to the local airport.

    Staff are friendly and courteous, big pool hall, good clean swimming pool, the breakfast buffet is big with plently of choices.
