    Staff were quite responsive to complaints and sorted out problems as well as they could, but it's unfortunate to have so many issues to deal with when one has invested in what should be a very comfortable and carefree holiday.

    All the staff were very attentive, they led us to our table and immediately offered us coffee or tea and they were always walking round and filling up cups.

    If you are in the Khao Lak area I would recommend Chong Fa Resort, it's quiet the service is wonderful and the view of the sunset is amazing!
