Staff are generally very friendly and helpful but at times a bit slow and not very attentive, especially in the food outlets.

However, between the Hotels complimentary bus service and the excellent local taxis/tuk tuks and local bus service this was not an issue.

the bathroom integrates beautifully with the room thru the collapsible partition between the room and the bathroom (very tastefully done) Check in was a little slow as there was a huge group of people checking out on that sunday morning (largely local thai's) (the place gets mostly local thai's and german tourists) Keeping up with the level in thailand the staff in wora bura is warm and attentive.
