    I thought the rooms were a bit dull and uninspiring and there was a rather 'stuffy' ambience about the place, mainly due to the predominantly middle-class northern European guests rather than the staff who were very pleasant.

    The management at Sofitel centara should be changes, unresponsive, don't give a damn attitude, take it or leave it, well we decided to leave it and checked out, tatty rooms, dirty broken old furniture, grubby, musty and down right horrible!

    Everything about it is wonderful - the rooms are great, the grounds are beautiful, the beach (which is basically right next to the pool) is spectacular.

    However, I was given the garden-view room which was on the farthest wing of the hotel with very old, groomy and quite outdated furniture and bathroom.
