We loved the Hilton, but chose to have lunchtime and evening drinks outside the hotel, as the hotel drinks were very expensive compared to the beach shacks or bars.

Had heard some negative reports about the Hotel but we needn't have worried as the Hotel was excellent.

We ate once at the Hilton Chad Had cafe which wasn't great and very expensive, apart from that ate out all the time - we thought Coco51, a short tuk tuk ride away, was excellent and food above average so well worth a try.

When we left the 'touristy' areas i felt very vunerable and unsafe.

During the day the pool was a very relaxing place to stay but the pool bar is completly overpriced so be careful!

They were lots of Jellyfish in the water and on the beach, and a bit grubby overall.
