We booked this holiday 11 months ago and we emailed the hotel regarding limousine pick up from Bangkok Airport to the hotel ---- so we received confirmation from hotel reservation via our email inaddition the hotel required credit card for guarantee the limousine service which was fine we send it to them and we thought everything is sorted.
