CONS: Allocated an awful room (404A); unhelpful front office staff; non-existent housekeeping;.

On arrival we were allocated an absolutely awful room in the last block - when we protested how this could be a DELUXE room, we were shown even a worse, dinghy, dark room.

The location is quite far from town, and we found it was best to rent a motorbike to get to restaurants/beach etc.

Internet was available using the hotel's desktops, but was expensive.

We had a late snack and found the snack prices to be a little on the expensive side (Baht100 each for a small plate of peanuts, chipolatas, chicken wings (5)) but the rest of the main menu meals seemed quite reasonable.
