Great location, stylish, an oasis of calm, gentle friendly staff, tastefully simple rooms, great pool, however, the restaurant is overpriced and the food is of average quality.

The staff wears traditional clothing, the rooms are sparsely and tastefully decorated in Thai style with natural colors, wood and bamboo, and yes the floors of the rooms are concrete-kept the room nice and cool, didn't bother me.

The rooms are rustic chic but wonderful and the bedding was the most comfortable I have ever slept on- we thought about buying a set of their pillows at the very least.
