Staff in breakfast were totally lacking in customer service skills; we always had to ask for tea/coffee and more when needed, they were not proactive with service at all.

The hotel boasts a good location close to the night bazaar, excellent in-hotel travel services, decent English-speaking staff, and a great spa/pool facility..
