The location is just outside Chiang Mai's square though you can easily walk to town, the street is animated (right in the night bazar).

i have stayed this hotel twice and found it to be pretty good - the elevator problem is an issue but with all 4 working i had no problems this time - great location for shopping - its a good all round hotel, very big and very busy with lots of families and kids, o therwise great value

The location is great, right in the middle of Chaing mai with the night bazaar just a few metres away.

The staff were extremely courteous at all times , the location was perfect for shopping and night markets, the cuisine in The Marco Polo restaurant was good value, the pool area and gym were 1st class but the downsides were the adjoining locked door into the next door room made our room noisy, if the guests had a late night we could hear everything, the price for the internet wireless connection is 6 times more than out in the street cafes, I feel this encourages guests to eat & have coffee away from the hotel, otherwise a very good value hotel.
