PROS: As usually in Thailand the staff was really friendly, service (breakfast, spa, laundry) very efficient.

Outstanding room and the lounge on the same floor offered a free continental breakfast, afternoon snack,3 free evening cocktails per guest,free wireless internet access,and they laundered 2 items of clothing per day.

i have stayed this hotel twice and found it to be pretty good - the elevator problem is an issue but with all 4 working i had no problems this time - great location for shopping - its a good all round hotel, very big and very busy with lots of families and kids, o therwise great value
