Facilities in hotel are good however the pool is a bit of a poor excuse for a pool its more like a large jacuzzi.

Likes: - Lovely rooms - Clean with good amenities - Fantastic Staff especially the concierge and the guy at the gym - Close to the Skytrain - Near my favourite Thai restaurant in BKK (Busarracum) - Great price Dislikes - Other hotels have a better location (eg Novotel Paragon) - Check-in staff are a little to pushy on the upselling Overall a good hotel that I would consider staying in again and happily recommend
