    We had a lovely big room on a business floor and really appreciated all the extras - free bar, afternoon tea, cocktails and canapes, business centre etc.

    The hotel itself is right in the middle of everything and next to a skytrain station, and it's within walking distance to any entertainment you like, it's safely located along the consulate street with lots of police patrolling outside, The hotel cafe is fantastic, both the breakfast & dinner buffet has the most varied choices and are amongst the best quality you can find, I particularly like their refresing welcome drinks, the rooms are meticulously clean & detailed, the bed is probably the best I've ever come across in a hotel, and it's the first time I don't have to "get used to" before I had a sound sleep, but most importantly, the hotel's most precious asset is it's staff, from the reception to the concierge...
