    Location: A quick walk to the elevated train, or a nice stroll to the park, it shares the same prestigious street as the US Embassy (you can see the ambassador's home from your window) and is distant enough from the night life to be quite, but close enough that you can enjoy all that Bangkok offers.

    We arrived in Bangkok at 07:30 & there was a room available for us which was fantastic as didn't fancy wandering around tired and dishevelled.

    I also took the life to level 29 to visit Star29 as it sounded like a fancy rooftop bar but when I came there it was just an empty shell and it seemed like it was being rebuilt of refurbished.
