    My only gripes were that service at the pool was not very good (slow and unreliable - I often had to go looking for waiting staff, even to sign for my lunch or drink before leaving the pool).

    Broadband is cheap these days, and paying enough to cover a month at home for a single day in any hotel is a bit over the top.

    It's only 5-7min walk to the Plonechit sky train which is one and/or two stations away from the major shopping centres Central, Siam Sq.

    because of my profession, me & my wife travelled alot, Plaza Athenee Bangkok is definitely one of the best, if no the best 5 star hotel I've ever visited.
