Excellent position for shopping, breakfasts marvellous, rooms spacious & very clean, now the bad-asked for adjoining rooms or next door did not happen, although they were on the same floor, asked for none smoking again we were put on a smoking floor.

The drinks in coffee shop are also cheap with free wi-fi only in coffeeshop.

It has shuttle service to other major malls like Siam Paragon if you do not like to shop for street clothes.

Outside the front of the hotel is like a low class shopping mall, Although once in the lobby of the hotel (18th floor) the staff were excellent.
